Bookings take 1-2 days to be reviewed and approved/denied.

No same-day booking is allowed. Staff cannot book the room for you. Thank you.

Study Rooms are quiet rooms. They have a 2-hour limit. Community Rooms should be booked for large groups for programming.

HOAs AND Neighborhood Groups: must book BOTH rooms together. You need to anticipate the amount of people based on residents you have. Since your meetings are open to all residents under the HOA, we need to know how many could show up under those circumstances.
