*County or State organizations/departments and elected officials, please reach out to the Mayor’s office (734) 942-7571 to coordinate bookings before booking the room.
Please read the rules and policy carefully before booking a room. Rooms are not guaranteed. When you apply to book the room, the booking may be denied. This is due to various reasons. Please make sure to check your email. Approvals and denials will always be emailed.
We have Community Rooms (meeting rooms), Study Rooms, and we offer proctoring services for people who need to take exams. Please select the type below to book the requested room or service. Please keep in mind that no same-day booking is allowed. Study Rooms are our quiet rooms in the building. They have a 2-hour limit if someone is waiting; you will receive a 15-minute warning. (Walk-ins are okay, but priority goes to people who book.) Community Rooms should be booked for large groups for programming.
HOAs: must book either Community Room 1 or both rooms together. Community Room 2 is too small. You need to anticipate the amount of people based on residents you have and not on the number you think will show up. Since your meetings are open to all residents under the HOA, we need to know how many could show up under those circumstances.
People/organizations please remember bad behavior can result in being banned from booking our rooms. This is left up to the discretion of our staff. Please make sure you are following both the Room Policies that are attached when you sign up and the Patrons Responsibilities and Conduct Policy by clicking on name of the policy.
