The Romulus Public Library is dedicated to promoting early literacy within the communities of Romulus and Huron Township. For kids 0-5, the five basic ways to encourage growth are through Talking, Writing, Reading, Playing, and Singing. This will help them prepare for learning as well as success in kindergarten and later in life.

World Book Early World of Learning

This database, provided by World Book, has tons of great ways for your child to become actively involved with reading and critical thinking activities that are so much fun! The Early World of Learning was created for preschoolers and children in the early elementary grades. Developed with the help of experts on early childhood education, the site encompasses playful interactive learning environments including Trek’s Travels, Welcome to Reading, and Know It. Each environment is designed for easy integration into classroom and library programming.
